hi guys. i just realized my parents have been giving me a set amount to pay for rent, every wednesday of every month. Come to find out i've been paying 5 times a month sometimes, so like 4 extra payments every year. I don't know why they wouldn't let me just pay it all up front at once, so i don't have to worry about this stuff. Im so stressed lmao. And aggravated. And they're letting both my brother and his girlfriend and baby move in, and they each get to pay less than i do, because "theyre staying temporarily" as If Im not trying to save up to get the hell out of here... I WAKE UP EVERY GODDAMN DAY TO ANOTHER PROBLEM. My rent is $1900 right okay cool. Before rent was even due I sent an email to my leasing office explaining that I can pay $1700 by the day it’s due (I’ve never paid rent late before once in my life I don’t even consider this late bc I paid most of it right) and if they could give me till tomorrow to pay the rest of it and if they could please pleaseeee waive the late fee. They ignored my email and of course just put a notice on my door with the late fee included. Sent another email literally begging them to please just give me till tomorrow. Still no response. I’m not posting this to ask for help, I’m literally just venting. But am I expecting too much? Am I in the wrong here? I thought it wouldn’t be a problem due to how good of a tenant I’ve been this whole time but, no 0 fucking sympathy. I just want one week maybe even just one day of peace where nothing goes wrong. WHAT THE FUCK DO I NEED TO TO EXPERIENCE JUST ONE DAY WHERE EVERYTHING GOES RIGHT. Like please god. I don’t pray but here I am doing it. Is this why you’re making my life a living hell? Bc I need to start praying? FUCK YOUUU.
