Good morning 😘 I have successfully removed all the carpet, glue and all but one staple (I missed one hiding 😆) sanded them down with a belt sander too 💁🏽‍♀️ Now I can prime, paint and then lay some new carpet bits. This was a very unorganized last min idea which is actually going pretty well 💪🏽 🛠️ To celebrate, I had a little party with a couple of my toys before relaxing in the bath for a while 😈 2 new clips coming later 🥰 Have a groovy day 😘

How is your Sunday going? I’ve gotta go back to the DIY store. I’m going to the one in the other city because I can’t face them again 😆 it’s not because I don’t know what I’m doing per say 😆 but more so I keep adding extra things to do so need more supplies 🙈 This time it’s not for paint, that is looking good 💪🏽😂 I hadn’t really done too much to this place since moving in so I got a wee surprise when I ripped my carpets off my stairs. Its so dark so I wanted to brighten it up… Why someone thought it was necessary to tape, glue AND staple these pieces of carpet to the stairs is a head scratcher. I would be comfortable with 2 of those 3 methods not all three 😆 although if that is what I should do, please let me know before it’s too late and I put them on 😂 So I’m needing some glue remover today. Since I only saw tape and staples first or I wouldn’t have been so hasty to rip them up without getting something to help 😂 Anyways that’s my DIY update 🔨 Have a lovely day 😘

Just fingering myself yesterday as a distraction from having to dishevel my entire upstairs in order to get new carpet installed today… self-pleasure is just so much more fun than chores! Today I’ll be on the couch editing my new MFM while holding down the fort while the carpet goes in. Hope you all are having an amazing week!❤️
