Perfect homemade dumplings 🥟✨
Hello! I'm sharing with you my signature dumpling recipe. It has been tried and tested by more than one generation!
Dough (knead once and well):
Flour — 500 g
Warm water — 250 ml
Egg — 1
Salt — 1 tsp
Knead a firm, elastic dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Minced meat (the main secret to juiciness):
Beef + pork — 300 g each
Large onions — 2
Ice water — 100 ml
Salt, pepper — generously.
Grind the meat with the onions. Add ice water and mix the minced meat well until smooth.
Assembly:
Roll out the dough thinly and cut out circles. Place a teaspoon of minced meat on each circle. Shape them as best you can! The main thing is to pinch the edges well.
Cooking:
Throw the pelmeni into boiling salted water. When they float to the surface, cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve with sour cream and butter!
