Guys … the change from day shift to night shift and opposite playing on my body unpleasant feeling. I talked to my manager regarding this in the past .. I will exposing it to you .., and maybe you can advise me something regarding this issue
No matter shifts … the gym is priority same as brush teeth . I can cut all other things around .
