how to be consistent in the gym:
- do workouts you enjoy! I love swimming, walking, and weight lifting so to stay in shape I blend it all together!
- wake up early!!! Waking up early allows you to save yourself from the embarrassment of looking like a N00b
- pray!!! Ask the universe the universe for the discipline necessary to obtain/maintain your results 💕
