Halo all, there we have it the upcoming name change of my gym. It’ll soon be called “Corten” which will make it the 4th branding of gym since being a member at its conception. So on to the important part. Not only a great workout today. I was even able to get in there before 8AM so I’m feeling energized. Now I did have a snag, even though I’m not feeling any pain in my right shoulder/deltoid area, I definitely could feel the strain in my arm. I tried the bench press and couldn’t do close or normal grip space without strain. So no go on the bench, the rest of my chest day went great. I also made 3 sets on the stair master so feeling pretty good about the comeback. So I need a few more cardio trips in the weeks onward for the #gym. I need to get below that 330 mark and beyond.
