Halo all, sorry folks, meant to post this last night. So the workout last night was fun, that makes 8 out of 24 days done. I hit the #eliptical and the #stairmaster (truthfully getting sick of it lol). And for strength training I just did a few random exercises, the only disappointment was the number of #activeminutes.  I know the goal said a minimal 30 active minutes which I did go over. But there’s a part of my brain that if I don’t do at least 100 in a workout, it feels like it wasn’t worth it, especially if I’ve been there a while. But I am starting to get a little drained as this goes on. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not stop this, but I’m definitely starting to feel the body say Man what are we doing? Oh well, another day ahead of me. That one is an active rest day at the gym, I’m aiming for 30-45 minutes only as I do need a slight recharge.
