Halo all, well that is the whole week done and holy heck I’m pooped lol. Now as for the workout itself I made two changes today. First, going to be more Canadian and start recording distance in km. Second, a low point came when after my time on the #eliptical. I felt a little queasy, and had a repeat of my lunch in the bathroom. Still managed to finish the #stationarybike afterwards. Had to throw in the towel though after. I’m happy though as that was 7 days and getting ready for an other week ahead. One of the trainers at the #gym though did offer a suggestion. As I’m in the overtraining range. I’m going to follow caution and my next two workouts will be active rest days. Mean time I’m heading to the parents to help with the driveway.
