Halo all, well have to admit, for a low energy night I was able to get some awesome results. I came in just to do a cardio day so I did the #stairmaster, the #stationarybike, the #eliptical, and my dumbbell punches. With all that I made a pretty good trip to the #gym, but what made me really happy was what I saw after I left. Checked my #fitbit and saw it downgraded my #cardioload from “over training” to “you are improving”. Those words filled me with a joy I haven’t felt in a long time. Making feel good about my work, though what gives me the most joy is the group of people on my platforms I’m sharing this journey with. Tomorrow begins the last 7 days of my challenge and truthfully I didn’t think I’d make it this far.
