Halo all, so as I’m having my second #restday before resuming work at the #gym. Thought I’d just post a video to talk about small bit about how I felt after the completion of my challenge. Now elephant in the room, yes I know I’m far from my ideal goal. But I’ve come a long way. There is a noticeable decrease in body fat. More #muscle starting to show, and my #clothing is fitting better. Need to buy a new belt soon. A question I was asked, would I make any changes if I did it again? Well only change I can think of would be to alter my #stairmaster work. Lower intensity with longer time. I’ll probably implement that in my routine going forward. As starting tomorrow we are back to the gym doing 4 days a week. Starting with shoulders and triceps tomorrow. For now I’m going to enjoy my rest day, hope you all had an amazing weekend.
