Halo all, well as Kristoff from Frozen 2 once sung “now I turn around to find I am lost in the woods.” Though his was metaphorical mine was quite literal. I took a very very “scenic route” and by that I mean I damn well didn’t know where I was. Now it was great for calories and time…though it did push my current stamina to its near limits. Pic 7 was an incline and route I didn’t think I could actually make it up. I took a lot of pics this time and was hard to pick 10 to post. But holy hell that was amazing #cardio and #fatburn today.
