Halo all, got a lovely #walk in for early morning. Had a little bit of a snag during it though. Had a huge coughing fit again. Not liking this as it seems to be happening for frequently. Taking a friends advice and going to start drinking water during the walk and not just before and after. But at least a good walk was had. Now onward to the gym after this.
