Halo all, finally got my fat ass to the gym this morning. Made it bright and early to #bicepsday/#backday. Did #supersets of each and kept walking around the area in between sets. Anything to keep my #heartrate going higher. Then in change room before shower. Had a few #breathingexercises to calm down. All in all had a fantastic #workout this morning.
