Halo all, feeling fantastic this #friyay night. Starting off my #longweekend with a #legday and #shoulderday routine. Was so happy getting back into #romaniandeadlift for my workout. Was even able to add more weight to the sets. I also took advantage of the fact my shoulder wasn’t acting up by getting more reps in with should exercises. Though I did make sure to cut down the weight and all of them as not to aggravate the injury. Hope you’re all having a killer start to the long weekend.
