Sometimes I think that our moods are like the tides of the ocean - they are constantly changing and unpredictable. I think this is quite normal, because we live in a world that is full of different emotions and events😉
Sometimes I wake up with a feeling of happiness and joy, but after a few hours my mood may change to sadness or irritation. It sometimes amazes me how quickly and dramatically our emotions can change🫣
