The weekend is the perfect time to reboot. ☺️
In the morning I like to have a cup of tea in complete silence, enjoying the moment. Then I go for a walk - nature always helps to take my mind off the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a time to slow down and just be in the here and now. 🙈
