October is my one of my favorite months! Wanna know why? (I’m gonna tell ya even if you don’t care) It always feels like an invitation to slow down. 🍂 The days get shorter, the air shifts (kinda loll thanks Florida), and everything moves at a softer pace.
It’s not about stopping, it’s about breathing deeper, walking a lil slower, and letting yourself just be. October reminds us it’s okay to release the things we don’t need to carry anymore.
There’s something cozy and gentle about this season. It’s a pause before the rush of the holidays, a chance to settle into stillness and make space for what really matters 😊 Happy October 🍁
