Trying out a NEW workout today.
You may have noticed I didn’t workout at all last week and it’s because my body was telling me that I hit a wall.
So I rested and now I’m trying to figure out a new routine that doesn’t burn me out (cause I’m still in a small calorie deficit).
With that being said!
