Stripping off my yoga pants right before a shower 💦
The day has commenced whenever I get back from yoga and peel away all my sweaty, tight clothes and step into a warm steamy shower. Although, I have been trying to take colder showers for hair and skin health. No matter how good a cold shower is for me, though, I still prefer the feeling of hot water running all over my bodyyy.
