Welcome to my adventures in Bali! This was how I spent my first morning. I walked down the beach for hours, stopped to draw Makara (Hindu god - half fish half elephant) and explored the maze of streets. My house here in Seminyak is pink and satisfying all my bohemian daydreams. It’s a quiet retreat away from the scooters, tourists and loud waves. I still have jet lag and my nervous system is adjusting to new environment so I’m going and slowly and actively looking for beauty. I hunt for my favorite colors and interesting humans. I play with light in my camera. I love old broken buildings and quiet streets. Exploring on foot gives me time to zoom in on precious little details that give this place character. 🌴✌🏼
