Happy Friday 💋 Busted my ass in the gym this morning... 205 for reps on deadlift 💪 Then auxiliary lifts! Last bulking workout for the year .... Here comes the 6 pack 😍 Now refueling With farm eggs and spam! And doing some computer work!
