I have this little ritual that makes every touch feel deeper

Warm light. A few drops of oil — sandalwood and vanilla. Soft music playing low. A blanket that wraps around like skin

I don’t do it for anyone else. Just for me.
To tell my body, you’re safe here.
So even the lightest movement feels real. Felt. Grounded.

It’s not self-care. It’s self-connection.

⠀

And when I land back into myself like that…
everything softens — but nothing weakens🌙
