Happiness is not a loud explosion of joy, not a fireworks of feelings and not a constant holiday. Happiness is silence inside when you are in the fret with yourself and the world. This morning, when I do not want to run away anywhere. This is a person nearby, with whom you can be silent and at the same time feel heard. This is the ability to notice the little and thank for the big one. 🥰
