Every morning is a struggle. Not with dumbbells, not with a treadmill. With yourself. I open my eyes and think: “Go or not?” But I already know the answer. I put on legins, sports top, tie my hair in the tail-in the mirror I look at my face without makeup, and it is even somehow pleasant. In the hall no one is waiting for glamor. There is another aesthetics - strength, sweat, effort.
