I unrolled my yoga mat on the living room floor, the silence feeling heavy instead of peaceful. My mind was buzzing with a dozen worries. I took one deep, deliberate breath, then another, focusing only on the slow rise and fall of my chest🧘♂️ With the next exhale, I let one single worry go, imagining it floating away.
