Weekends are a parallel reality where time flows by its own rules. The air in the apartment gets thicker and sweeter, filling with the aroma of coffee that's sipped not on the go, but with enjoyment small sips, to soft music or the rustle of pages. Plans lose their obligation, turning into light hints: maybe bake a pie? Or maybe just watch the rain draw patterns on the glass?
