The Patient's Pounding
POV (solo): You are visiting my clinic for a routine medical exam. After masking and gloving up, I check your b-pressure and notice that it is a bit elevated, likely due to your nervousness. I then listen to your heart and lungs, have a look at your eyes and ears with my otoscope, and complete your exam by looking at your throat. I inform you that everything appears normal and remove my gloves.
When I double check your records, I realize that you are due for a prostate exam. You become uncomfortable and are not prepared for this - but I apologize and reassure you by explaining the quick process. I glove up once again and prepare my lubricated finger. After everything feels normal, I re-enter the room with a sample cup in my hand and inform you that we have something special for patients who misbehave during their prostate exam. I lift my rubber apron to reveal my strap-on underneath. You try to escape, but I have already locked the door. I strap you down, glove up, and lubricate my strap-on.
