It was so cold, you can hear my subtle moans of pain - But as painful and uncomfortable as it is, my sore muscles from working out are soothed, I feel refreshed, and soso alive.
It's so wonderful that I have such an awesome community to share it with... well and some hikers too.. 🤣
I challenge you, this Monday to do something beneficial for you, that might be uncomfortable! If you can't think of anything.. Message me and I'll come up with something ;)
