Have you been stretching? Try holding a stretch for a minimum of five long, deep breaths. Allow yourself to surrender deeper into each stretch.
A recent wrist injury has prevented me from lots of exercises, but I’m able to still stretch and meditate daily to keep my mind at peace. ☮️ 💜
