Happy almost friday!😉
It’s the end of the week; let’s finish it strong 💪
✨Today I started off with some deep stretching, leg day, and journaled a little.
What did I do for leg day? 💜
I like to stick to 50 glute bridges, 40 deep squats, 20 lunges, 1 min wall sits, and 30 calf raises.
I will alternate each exercise and do 4-5 sets of each!
😚You don’t need any added weights and can do this anywhere!
