Fresh ink always leaves me restless 🖤🌿. The sting fades quickly, but the sensitivity lingers, like my skin is awake in a way it wasn’t before. I traced around the edges, careful not to smudge, but I couldn’t stop thinking about what it would feel like if someone else were bold enough to touch.

Tattoos are intimate in their own way – little maps of stories scattered across me, some bold, some hidden, some too close to places that make me catch my breath.

I love when people ask what they mean, but I think I love it more when they don’t ask at all – when their fingers do the searching instead of their lips.
