Hey... wanna see what 4 weeks of no routine looks like? 😂
This is a little body check after a month of traveling, sleeping badly, eating random food and not enough protein…and only training like… twice a week🥲!
I actually lost 2kg, I lost muscle especially in my glutes 🍑 They’re looking a bit deflated, they missed their weights lol! Still, I didn’t gain fat, my lines are still here, and I’m happy I kept things together 🙏🏼
I was walking like crazy every day, between 20k and 30k steps… and one day at Awakenings festival, I did 52k steps in ONE day 😳 haha that’s not cardio, that’s survival!!
Anyway, I love showing off here and sharing all this with you, not just the polished version, but the real one too 💗Hope you enjoy watching my body the way I enjoy showing it to you 😌
