Nap time and I’ll try to repost the pic after 🤦🏼♀️
Today my trainer made me do 1000m, 1500m, 2000m and 2500m on the rowing machine with squats w/8kg and burpees in between each distance. Me tired!!! Next week I’ll get to my 20th session and I’ll get the progress pics! I’m very curious to see 🥰👀
