I know some of you already know that someone very close to me is in hospital right now. It’s been an emotional time, and I’ve been leaning into all the things that help me stay grounded — especially manifestation.
If you’ve been feeling low energy, emotionally drained, or simply want to call more strength and wellness into your life (or someone else’s), this is a little practice I’ve been doing each morning. Feel free to join me
Manifesting Good Health — A Gentle Ritual
🌿 Find a quiet moment. Place one hand on your chest, the other on your stomach.
🌿 Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths — in through your nose, out through your mouth.
🌿 Say softly (or in your mind):
“I am healthy, vibrant, and strong. My body is a temple of healing. Every cell in my body radiates energy and vitality. I welcome perfect health into my life, for myself and for those I love.”
🌿 Repeat it 3 times while visualising golden light filling your body (or surrounding the person you’re thinking of).
🌿 Take one last deep breath and thank your body for carrying you through each day.
