Treasure in the Castle Part I

The night air was thick with mystery as we crept through the echoing halls of the old castle, torches flickering against the ancient stone walls. The legend spoke of hidden treasure, locked away in a forgotten chamber, and we were determined to find it.

But what distracted me most wasn’t the creaking corridors or the heavy doors… it was her. Every time her hand brushed mine as we searched, I felt a spark. Her laugh echoed softly when I stumbled on uneven steps, and her gaze lingered longer than it should.

By the time we reached a grand stairway draped in cobwebs, the real treasure I wanted wasn’t gold at all. It was the way her lips curved into a knowing smile as if she could feel the tension thickening between us.

And so, the hunt continued… but I wasn’t sure anymore what I was hunting for more - the treasure, or her…
