Is "Slutty Pumping" Effective?
🥛 The term "Slutty Pumping" refers to the idea that having an orgasm 30 minutes before using your breast pump will create more breast milk! The thought process is that an orgasm produces oxytocin which is one of the hormones that stimulates milk production! I filmed three separate pump sessions, one completely normal as a baseline, one with an orgasm 30 minutes prior (orgasm included in the video) and one with orgasms during the pumping session!
