Thank you everyone for making my 2020 a year to remember. I couldn't imagine it any other way.
Lasagna 12/31/2020 (few modifications next time - will do double italian sausage, use semolina flour instead of 00, and add more cream in the ricotta, more cheese on top for good measure).
