What's the colour and texture of your heart today?
And nooooo I don't mean literally.
I am asking you to look inward and think about what it would look and feel like if you could choose the colour and texture based on how you feel.
My heart today is dark green and mossy. I'm feeling slow and grounded and moist lol.
