Sometimes you just gotta slow down. Stop in the middle of the day, put down your phone, turn off the music, and just listen to the silence for a few minutes. ☺ There's nothing scary about this silence. On the contrary — it's filled with meaning. Here you can hear the beat of your own heart, the rhythm of your own breath, and those thoughts that usually get drowned out by everyday noise. ✨This is like a soul reboot. When you consciously give yourself permission to do nothing, not decide, not run. Just be. Breathe. Feel. And realize that in this moment — it's a whole universe.
