Sorry I have been a bit quiet. I have had the flu🤦🏼🔫
I will be back into training next week. In the short term when ill I have just been tracking my calories as usual. Eating what i felt and needed and taking the correct supplements.
My weight is 114kg and steady.
This was the last proper workout, some wrestling at shootfighters.
