Today's session was a big one
Chest and shoulders. Try it out and let me know how you get on.
(These are stand-alone exercise) (1min strict rest in between)
Incline bench press 8-10 reps 4 sets.
Prone Dumbell Flies 10-12 reps 3 sets
Decline DB press 8-10 reps 3 sets
Press-ups AMRAP 2 sets
Shoulder press 8-10 reps 4 sets
Lat raise 10-12reps 3 sets
Band pull apart 25 reps 3 sets.
