My favorite exercise in the gym is like that, my favorite rhythms in my ears are even more invigorating🔥🔥🔥... I start with steps, switch to a light run... and then I start running at my usual pace😎... The brain seems to be shutting down... and then I see that I have already run a couple of kilometers. I drink a glass of water, rest a little... And I go on to conquer this world😋
