Self-Reflection Sunday:

Today marks the start of 17 weeks for me. It seems like time is going by so slow yet somehow the beginning weeks do seem so far away. (Which I’m happy about 😄)
In three more weeks I’ll be at the halfway point. You’d think by now my worries would have subsided, but as this journey continues I learn of so much that causes my emotions to be anxious. This week I will put intention to TRUSTING energy that is greater than me to support me in my many thoughts, so that I can enjoy this beautiful experience more.

I hope me sharing this can encourage you to do the same for something in your life. If there’s something you need to let go of anxiety over, join me in putting effort in doing so this week.
