First Mental Monday of April! It took a month of straight neck pain for me to realize how much I’ve learned because of my neck injury. Sometimes your biggest setbacks are your best teacher. Truly I would not know all the things I know about inflammation in the body if it wasn’t for my neck having constant issues whenever I eat or sleep poorly. A great lesson to learn at 23 that I hope to share with you guys!
