Posting the video tomorrow! Also my neck is so bad right now I have never been this dizzy in my life. Really considering a massage but I hate spending money on recovery when I don’t compete anymore it just feels wrong like I should push through it. Any other athlete feel this way? I don’t go to the chiropractor or get massages ever anymore because of that frugalness
