Hey I’ll get the video out tomorrow I know it’s not like me to be a day late but I convinced my boys to come to my secret river spot with me and we had an amazing day. Even showed them how to make a fire with my axe and flint and steel! Hopefully I can convince them to camp on the river soon!
Anyways this was the first time I’ve done flips in 2 years since I was out all last summer with my neck making me dizzy so I am rusty! My neck is hurting from the flips so maybeeeee now isn’t the time to practice but we only have summer for 2 months in Oregon and I don’t really plan on sitting on the sidelines when I got a ton of amazing things I can do so just gonna push through the pain it shouldn’t ever end up being anything too serious (hopefully)
The average age for the surgery I had on my neck is about 45 so it would make sense why the studies show people say they get back to doing everything they normally did before by the 4 months mark pain free. With that context on their age it’s safe to assume they aren’t lifting heavy, doing flips in water or wrestling around which is kind of a shame because that’s what I enjoy doing. I’m pretty much at that 4 month mark for healing so hopefully I’ll keep healing until the year mark😅
Got an interview Monday for a Security infrastructure admin position which would be even more specific to what I wanna do. Enjoy my day at my secret river, thanks for reading!
