Update on my knee (I feel 2 weeks ago and scraped my knee 😭)

I hurt my knee yesterday (I don't understand how) it hurts to bend my knee and I need to rest today, I hope I can recover faster. I'll try to take new pics too. (updated: it seems I can't do anything at all. I decided that I didn't want to take low quality photos. I'd rather wait until I feel better)
