1. Squats. These are a classic! I make sure to include different types of squats in my program: classic, jumping squats and pliΓ©s. ποΈββοΈπͺ
2. Back Lunges. Great for pumping gluteal muscles and adding relief. You can do them with dumbbells for more effect. πββοΈποΈ
3. gluteal bridge. I lie on my back, lift my pelvis up and squeeze my glutes. You can use a barbell or an espander to make it more difficult. ππ₯
4. Leg raises to the sides. They are done on all fours or lying on your side, they are a great way to work the outer surface of the thighs and buttocks. π¦΅β¨
5. Step-ups. Find resonance with those who like to feel the real work of muscles. All you need is a stable elevation and a willingness to sweat! ππ―
