For my workouts, I always choose tracks with a gentle rhythm, without sudden changes, so that the sound supports me rather than distracts me 🧘♀️It's important to me that the music doesn't interrupt the experience of practicing, but rather serves as a backdrop that helps me hear myself better 🎵
