I’ll never forget my first casting. I nervous as hell, and my hands were literally shaking when I filled out the form. I walked into a room full of gorgeous girls, all looking like they were born to model, and I instantly felt out of place. But I reminded myself why I was there — to chase my dream. The photographer asked me to smile naturally, but of course, my “natural” smile looked more like I just saw a ghost. Still, he told me I had potential, and that little compliment gave me so much hope. That day I realized castings are not just about being perfect, but about showing who you are.
